Our approach towards empowering females and minority cultures towards STEM requires early exposure and inspiration. 

By exposing girls to STEM from a young age has a great impact on the development of their brains. Early exposure of STEM can lead to the growth of interest and ideas in these young minds. 

Our approach to empower females includes hosting STEM events, girls empowerment programs, inspirational talks, hands-on activities, experiments, tutoring, competitions, clubs, courses, research projects, and mentoring in different STEM fields. 

Our approach focuses on females and minority cultures from Kindergarten through twelfth grade and helps them realize the importance of STEM in our world, both currently and in the future.
