Kimberly Hall began her career as an Information Technology (IT) Consultant at Andersen Consulting which would later become Accenture LLC. There she worked with government clients to build Technology solutions. After leaving Accenture she joined Fannie Mae where she was responsible for the software development of key financial systems used in determining lending for homeowners across the nation. After almost a decade in the private sector, Kimberly joined the federal government. She was a Senior Manager at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) where she had responsibility over applications used by the taxpaying public on a daily basis. Kimberly then went onto work at the Securities & Exchange Commission as an Assistant Director where she oversaw IT solutions for a broad range of clients in the financial services arena. After more than a decade, Kimberly left the federal government and became Vice President of Technology Transformation at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She was responsible for designing and implementing the new technology strategy focusing on technology investments, innovation, talent and the organizational structure. Kimberly is currently Vice President of Technology Delivery at Capital One. Kimberly is very active in her community currently serving on the Prince Georges County, Maryland, Local Development Council. She is a board member of Teach for America DC Region. She also served as a PTSA President and School board Liaison at her children’s former public school in Prince George’s County. Kimberly received the Parent Involvement Matters Award from the Maryland State Department of Education on behalf of Prince Georges County Public Schools. She also served as a Parent Council Member on the MD State Department of Education Board. Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Hampton University. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She is a member of the National Harbor, Maryland Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. She is a member of Women in Technology (WITI). Kimberly enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family. Kimberly resides in Fort Washington, Maryland with her husband William and their three children (Gray, Billi and Chase).
